I am extremely pleased with the exceptional service received from Whiskers and Tails Pet Sitting. My husband and I went on our long overdue honeymoon and were delighted to find Wendy to take care of our baby girl while we were gone for eight days. Wendy was professional and down to earth. You can tell she has a true passion for animals and our baby girl was very comfortable with her. Wendy was flexible with her schedule to coincide with ours for the initial meeting, the secondary refresher meeting before we left, and the key return after our vacation. She was always punctual and returned my emails in a timely fashion. Wendy took fantastic care of Uhta while we were away. We received text message updates with pictures of our baby. We missed her a lot, so the photos were comforting! When we arrived home, Uhta was a happy camper and the house was just as we left it. We even received a kitty report card to detail Wendy's interactions with Uhta and any findings noted. She even left us a thoughtful thank-you card! Wendy was also observant and took care of the house while we were gone. She noticed I left the door to our garage unlocked and offered to lock it for the security of our Uhta and belongings. She also noticed that our Scentsy wax warmer was getting quite warm and turned it off to avert any mishap. She also rotated the lights, took in the trash can, brought in the mail & newspaper. With all that said, my husband and I are more than pleased with Wendy and the care she provided our fur baby!
